what's the point of being in the customer service when u don't love serving?
being in this line for more than 2 years (thou not long), i've met many different kinda homosapiens..from all over the world, speaking different languages, different culture, and definately different manners. and hell, i don't give a damn!
remember when i was a hotelier, i've encountered the most fussy human that god have ever created. kiasu, cheapskate, slang-ish... yeah, if you're smart 'nuff to know human from which country i'm referring to. and yeah, definately how our mighty chilly padi c.c. just lost her anger in front of guest just never failed to make me giggle each time i tot of it..
and now that i'm in this company, again i'm dealing with human being and i usually ended up exploding in myself each day. wtf. yeah, malaysians are big sucker!
some human are just born to be in the 'higher' standard. screw urself and i don't give a damn. please, for goodness sake go back to your school and study your pendidikan moral if you've forgotten. else go back home and ask your mum what is manners. raising your voice and acting like mr-knows-it-all just make you a FOOL to yourself.
don't blame me if i screwed you. i'm in customer service but i ain't your slave. i beg you, please enrol yourself in a psycho hommie if you have air in your head.
i don't need a job. i need money.

ok..i totally understand and agree with u!!!! some damn ppl just behave like this..let me tell u smth..the other day a tengku, first timer to MO called up asking for deluxe city room (cheapest in MO)for istana rate..saying that she's either perlis or pahang sultan's sister..can u imagine that?? someone with this kinda rank looking for cheapest room with macam-macam rate!! n we suspect if she's really a sultan's sister...GILA!!!memang GILA!!! summore shouting on the phone, asking for this n that, fussy-ing bossy-ing around...wat kinda spesis is this?? %$#@
Cool down ppl.... well, im sure any jobs, u hv to encouter with different ppl....not onli customers but ur fellow colluegues as well. Not forgotten when u r in some other plces... u might encounter different ppl such as the taxi drivers, bus drivers, the guy that u order food from etc etc that treat u like shit. Hence, anything u do is with ppl.... these ppl jus come n go in ur life... dun fucking care.... as long as u noe u handle them with a calm n smart manner...that is enuf to prove u r educated n with moral values......
ppl came and walk past my life and they wun stay, but at that point of time they just bring loadsa headache, stomachache, toothache, all ache... yeah, curse them, they'll get the same treatment or even worse....oh yeah, worst!! =(
sheau: yeah, i've encountered watever konon-nya ROYALTY when i was in nikko too last time and well, after getting use to these kinda person, we actually dun give a damn..even real DATUK/DATO', i'm actually just calling them sir... sorry-la, me lanci a bit... =P
hmm.. i guess my response towards this issue wont be as 'explosive' as your's. i don't bother to care :p
